SplintFab Scanner turns an iPhone's front TrueDepth camera into a precise, full-colour 3D scanner built for orthotics and prosthetics clinicians. Capture an accurate 3D model of a limb or body segment in seconds — chairside, with no scanning rig and no account.

BUILT FOR THE O&P CLINIC Pick the scan type that matches your device — foot orthosis (FO), ankle-foot (AFO), knee-ankle-foot (KAFO), upper-limb, or spinal (TLSO) — and the app frames the right capture region automatically. From a diabetic foot to a full TLSO, one tool covers your caseload.

SCANNING MADE OBVIOUS A live overlay shows exactly what still needs data: unscanned areas glow red and fill in as full-colour 3D surface the moment the camera sees them. Just "chase the red away" until the model is complete. A live distance guide and motion cues keep every capture in the sweet spot.

SEND A WORK ORDER IN ONE TAP Ready to fabricate? Submit a scan straight to SplintFab as a work order — add the device details and any notes, and the finished model is uploaded securely for your fabricator to pick up. Orders are identified by a clinic-assigned scan number, not by patient identity. Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, retained for 180 days, and reachable only by the assigned fabricator through a short-lived link. Submitting is always your choice, per scan — nothing is uploaded unless you send it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Every scan is captured and reconstructed entirely on your iPhone, in real time. There's no account or login, and the app contains no analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs. A scan leaves your device only when you choose to — either by sharing it yourself or by submitting a work order to SplintFab.

READY FOR THE LAB Prefer to handle files yourself? Save a scan and send it straight from the iOS share sheet — AirDrop, Files, email, or your CAD workflow — as a standard vertex-coloured OBJ mesh that drops into common fabrication tools.
