Moots: Follower Check

Moots sorts your Instagram follow relationships into three simple lists: the people you follow who don't follow you back, the people you and they both follow, and the people who follow you that you haven't followed back.

Moots reads the data export that Instagram gives you — the one you request from inside the Instagram app itself. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is scraped.

SEE WHAT CHANGED Import a second time and Moots compares it against your last import. You get a list of everyone who unfollowed you and everyone who's new, so a quiet unfollow doesn't slip past you.

3. Open Moots and load the ZIP — no unzipping needed
