Pocket Med List brings your medication details and daily records together. Review what you take, record your readings, and connect with people you choose.

YOUR MEDICATIONS. ONE CLEAR LIST. Keep medication names, strengths, directions, schedules, and refill details in one place. See remaining quantities alongside your medication records.

YOUR DAY, DOSE BY DOSE. See upcoming doses and the entries you recorded today. Mark a dose taken, choose Remind me later, or record a skipped dose. Correct an entry when you need to.

CARE FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON. Manage a loved one's medication records on your phone, without a separate phone or email account for them. Add someone in People I manage, then switch between clearly named profiles. Your own profile and your first additional person are free; more managed people require Pro.

READY FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. Review your list one medication at a time. Record whether you are taking it as shown, taking it differently, have stopped, or are unsure. Bring the resulting patient-reported list to your care team. Pro reports and PDF exports include the person's name for printing and sharing. They do not replace a clinician's medication review.

LOG BLOOD PRESSURE AND GLUCOSE. Enter readings from your own blood-pressure monitor or glucose meter. See recent entries, seven-day graphs, averages, and ranges. Pocket Med List records the numbers you enter; your phone does not measure them.

CAREGIVING, CONNECTED. Invite someone with their own account and choose view-only or help-manage access. Invitees review the access level before connecting. Owners can remove care-team access, and care members can leave a connection. Copies already shared outside the app cannot be recalled.

LOOK BACK AT YOUR RECORDS. Review your dose activity and a weekly medication summary. These records reflect what people enter in the app; they are not proof that a medication was taken.

OPTIONAL PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS Core medication-list, daily-log, basic care-sharing, seven-day health-graph features, and your first additional managed person do not require Pro. Pro adds expanded reporting, PDF exports, full health history, and more managed people. Monthly and annual subscriptions are offered in the app. Prices and availability are shown by the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account. Deleting your app account does not cancel a subscription.
