Find and book a therapist - Browse matched therapists, choose solo or couple therapy, select counsellor or psychologist, pick session type (audio or video), and schedule appointments.

Manage appointments - View upcoming and past sessions, reschedule or cancel, and join your session directly from the app.

Real-time chat - Message your therapist, send text and photos, and download shared images.

Audio and video calls - Join secure one-to-one therapy calls with camera and microphone. Continue calls in a floating window while using other parts of the app.
