1. Ops creates a tracking session for an event

5. All updates sync in real-time via secure WebSocket connection

Security & Privacy:

• Encrypted WebSocket connections (HTTPS only)
• No passenger GPS collection in MVP
• Tokens are auto-expiring and revocable
