Soloist Bansuri is a focused practice room for the Indian bamboo bansuri.

It is built around the way the instrument is actually played: chosen Sa, sargam notation, breath across the blowing edge, 6/7-hole fingering, mandra/madhya/taar registers, half-holing, meend, gamak, kan-swar, and raga practice.

The app is intentionally not a generic concert-flute fingering chart. It teaches bansuri as a side-blown bamboo flute with Hindustani sargam, drone practice, and ornament grammar.

CONTENT The included charts and study rows are public-domain, traditional, or Soloist-authored educational material. The catalog is designed for practice and does not bundle copyrighted popular melodies.

PRIVACY No account is required. Practice history stays on your device. Microphone access is requested only for tuner and grading flows, and audio is processed on device for pitch, breath, register, and ornament feedback. Coach questions, if used, send only the selected practice context and your typed question to the Bansuri backend.
