DigiKhana Rider

DigiKhana Rider is the official delivery app for riders working with DigiKhana partner restaurants. It helps delivery staff receive orders, navigate to customers, share live location updates, and complete deliveries efficiently.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR? DigiKhana Rider is a business app for delivery personnel registered by DigiKhana partner restaurants. A partner restaurant must add you as a rider before you can sign in and receive orders. This app is not for general consumers ordering food.

KEY FEATURES

• Go online or offline — Control when you are available to receive new delivery requests.

• New order alerts — View incoming delivery requests with order details, customer address, distance, and estimated time.

• Accept and manage deliveries — Accept orders, mark them picked up, and mark them delivered when complete.

• Live map and navigation — See pickup and drop-off locations on a map and open turn-by-turn directions in your preferred maps app.

• Live location sharing — While on an active delivery, your location is shared with the customer so they can track their order in real time. Location is used only during active deliveries.

• Cash on delivery (COD) — For COD orders, show a QR code so customers can pay quickly before you confirm delivery.

• Order history — Review past and in-transit deliveries, filter by date, and view order details including items, address, and delivery status.

• Rider profile — View your name, phone number, daily delivery count, and update your profile.

• Push notifications — Get notified when new delivery requests are assigned to you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your registered mobile number using OTP verification.
2. Go online when you are ready to deliver.
3. Accept a new delivery request from your partner restaurant.
4. Pick up the order, navigate to the customer, and share live tracking during delivery.
5. Collect payment for COD orders if required, then mark the order as delivered.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be registered as a rider by a DigiKhana partner restaurant. • Location permission is required for live delivery tracking and navigation. • Background location is used only while you have an active delivery in progress.
