Turn audio, PDFs, and documents into transcripts, summaries, and insights. Chat with your source, create quizzes, and generate ready-to-use content.
Vocesyo is a multi-purpose AI analysis and writing app that turns audio recordings, PDFs, office documents, images, and text notes into usable information. It gives students, academics, founders, managers, content teams, and professionals who work with dense files one place for transcription, summaries, document chat, strategic analysis, and content generation.
Adding content to Vocesyo takes just a few seconds. The moment you upload your source, text extraction, speech-to-text conversion, summarization, and analysis steps proceed in a single flow. Instead of manually sifting through long recordings, disorganized notes, or complex PDF files, you can directly enter analysis mode and grasp the most important points.
For audio recordings, two clear options are presented: Save and Save & Analyze. Save securely adds the file to your audio list so you can analyze it later. Save & Analyze also stores the file, then asks you to select an analysis style and starts the automatic analysis workflow. This keeps archive control and fast results together.
PDF, document, and image analyses preserve the content structure. Text blocks, headings, and key passages are processed as neatly as possible, with summary and detail layers designed to complement each other. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, Vocesyo establishes an analysis framework tailored to lecture notes, research papers, reports, presentations, or meeting outputs.
Vocesyo is not limited to one generic summary. The same source can be reviewed through SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces, regression-focused evaluation, risk analysis, critical analysis, academic analysis, meeting analysis, report analysis, presentation summary, exam-focused study notes, and executive summaries. It also helps generate blog posts, professional emails, lesson notes, action lists, Instagram captions, X posts, short announcements, and revised versions in different tones.
Vocesyo is designed for multilingual work. The interface follows the application's language, while the user's chosen analysis language takes precedence. If an analysis is generated in a specific language, the titles and content sections are consistently presented in that same language. This approach reduces confusion for global users and ensures outputs are directly shareable.
Source file tracking is also kept clear. For analyzed content, the relevant audio or document source appears on the card and can be downloaded or reopened as needed. Audio files are stored in a separate list in the sidebar; only recordings that have completed analysis transform into analysis cards. This distinction maintains archive organization while preventing accidental card clutter.
iPhone and iPad experiences are optimized for the workflow. On iPad, the sidebar can remain open by default, or users can close it manually, and their preferred layout is retained when the app reopens. The content area uses the remaining space efficiently, and pop-ups appear centered without being hidden by the sidebar.
Vocesyo saves time when you need to understand and reuse information quickly. Turn a class recording into study notes and quiz questions, extract decisions and actions from a meeting, evaluate a PDF report strategically, ask questions about a document, or reshape the same source into a blog post, email, or social media copy.
