PlayFit Kids makes getting active genuinely fun for children ages 8–12. Through 50 progressive levels of simple bodyweight exercises—no equipment needed—kids build strength, coordination, and healthy habits while playing alongside their very own buddy, Jak.

CREATE YOUR OWN WORKOUT

Kids can choose their favorite PlayFit moves, arrange them in order, and create a custom workout. Every family can create and fully use one custom workout for free—including editing it, completing it, and tracking personal records.

Parents can optionally unlock PlayFit Kids Plus with a one-time purchase to create unlimited custom workouts. There is no subscription, and all purchases and restores are protected by a Parents Only challenge.

EAT WELL, TOO

The built-in Eat Well section includes kid-friendly nutrition guidance and 16 simple, step-by-step recipes children can follow.

Every exercise includes a clear animated demonstration and easy instructions showing exactly what to do—push-ups, squats, jumps, planks, and more—so kids can follow each move with confidence.
