Sati Meditate

A meditation app that gates the apps that pull you in. Tap one, and a 60-second pause appears before it opens — quiet, hand-drawn, and yours alone.

Sati is a small altar in your phone.

You pick the apps that pull you in — Instagram, TikTok, X, anything. When you tap one, Sati's shield appears in front of it. Tap "Pause with Sati" and a 60-second meditation begins. When the pause is complete, the app opens for a brief grace window.

That is the whole product.

Each completed pause adds to a growing sumi-e ink painting on your home screen. After your first session, a single lotus bud appears. Over weeks and months it opens; a lotus pad floats in, a koi swims through the pond, bamboo grows beside, a mountain rises in the distance, and at five hundred sessions the painter's seal is pressed. The painting is your record. There is no streak, no number, no leaderboard.

Once a month, a quiet letter lands on your home screen — addressed by the name you provide, written by Sati, never demanding. Read it once, dismiss it, gone until next month.
