MyBloodT: Your health companion for simplified blood pressure monitoring The MyBloodT app was created to help you monitor your blood pressure at home in a rigorous manner. It replaces your paper log with an intelligent tool that prepares everything for your doctor. How does it work?

1. Your profile at a glance During your first use, you simply fill in your information (Last Name, First Name, age, and your email address) as well as your doctor’s email address. This information will remain saved so you don't have to enter it again.
2. Clear instructions The main screen guides you on the steps to follow: how to set up, when to take your measurements, and how to obtain the most reliable results possible. A "Help" section describes the functionalities of the various control buttons.
3. The "3-day" protocol Doctors often recommend taking your blood pressure 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening for 3 days. The app is organized exactly this way: You open the section for the current moment (e.g.: Day 1 - MORNING). You enter your 3 measurements (Systolic, Diastolic, and Pulse). Built-in safety: If you make a typing error (for example, a value too high or too low), the app alerts you by displaying the allowed range of values in red.
4. Treatment tracking A field allows you to enter your current medical treatment. This information (if provided) allows your doctor to interpret your results more specifically.
5. Sending the report to the doctor (in one click!) This is the strength of the app: once your measurements are finished, you have nothing to calculate! The app automatically calculates SYS and DIAG averages. It creates a clean and professional PDF document, just like a laboratory report. It automatically opens a page allowing you to select your email app (or other) with the attached document, or saves the PDF to your iPhone. After selecting your email app, simply paste your doctor's email address (already copied to the clipboard) and click SEND. Why use this app? Zero calculation: The app calculates the SYS and DIAG average according to the chosen option: either with the 3 measurements of each session, or the last 2 measurements of each session.
