Hedef Kilo is a simple and easy-to-use weight goal, calorie, and activity tracking app designed for users who want to monitor their progress toward a target weight.

You can enter your starting weight, target weight, target duration, and daily calorie intake to follow your personal progress. If you give permission, Hedef Kilo can read Apple Health data to display your daily activity progress more accurately.

With Apple Health support, the app may read steps, active energy, exercise minutes, walking/running distance, cycling distance, workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate, height, and weight where available. This data is read only with the user’s permission and is used only on the device.

Hedef Kilo only reads Apple Health data with the user’s permission. The app does not write any data to Apple Health. Health data, manual entries, and goal information are not uploaded to any server and are not shared with third parties.

The app does not use ads, analytics, or user tracking.
