02 — Compose Choose a music bed — soft pads, Solfeggio frequencies, slow ambient drift. Add a voice effect: dry, reverb (cathedral), echo (distant repetitions), or slow (a pitched dream). Set the gap between repetitions.

03 — Sleep Press play. Set the sleep timer, or let it loop until morning. Your voice returns to you, again and again, while you rest.
