Features & Capabilities

Your collection has outgrown the spreadsheet. Diora is the record it deserves, and now a place to buy and sell with other collectors.

Diora is a collection tracker for serious rare plant collectors. Not a care app. Not a plant ID app. A tool for cataloging, photographing, and documenting the plants you actually own, with first-class support for lineage, breeding, and where each plant came from.

If you track your collection across spreadsheets, Notion docs, camera-roll chaos, and memory, this is built for the moment that stops scaling.

YOUR COLLECTION

  • Catalog every plant with the detail collectors care about: genus, species, named clones, variegation, the traits that matter.
  • Tie photos to plants. Build a visual record over time instead of burying shots in your camera roll.
  • Record where each plant came from: the seller, the breeder, the original collection.
  • Track lineage and breeding. Run breeding programs with seed parent and pollen parent records, not paper notes.
  • Search your own collection. Find that variegated Philodendron from 2023 in seconds.

BUY AND SELL

  • Open a shop, list plants, and set your own prices, shipping methods, and the countries you post to.
  • Browse plants other collectors have for sale.
  • Make an offer, or buy at the asking price.
  • Sellers accept or decline offers themselves. Nothing is automatic.
  • Diora is only the place the two of you meet. We never handle the money and take no commission.

A PLANT CARRIES ITS HISTORY When a sale completes, the plant moves into the buyer's collection with its record intact. Its photos, its timeline, and its origin travel with it. A cutting sold in 2026 can still show where the mother plant came from, years and owners later. No other collection app does this.

THE GRAPEVINE Connect with other collectors through your plants, on your terms. Post to the feed, offer pollen, ask the community to help identify something, and message people directly. Every plant you own is private until you decide otherwise.

BUILT FOR All types of plants including aroids, anthuriums, monsteras, philodendrons, hoya, orchids, begonia, carnivorous, succulents, cacti, and all other plants. Growers with a dozen plants or several thousand. Anyone whose collection has become serious enough to deserve a real record.

User Reviews

First off, I honestly didn’t have high expectations for this app. I decided to give it a try and started entering my plants one by one. After adding just a few, I quickly realized how helpful it actually is. The app is easy to navigate, and it lets you enter most of the information you’d want to keep track of for each plant. One feature I’d love to see in the future is a built-in plant database that could automatically provide suggested care information, which users could then adjust based on their specific plant and growing environment. I really hope the app stays free. Huge thanks to the developer for creating such a useful tool!
