Every run is race day. Sync your GPS, battle a new head-to-head opponent each week, and climb 100 tiers of promotion from your local league to the World League.

The International E-Running League turns your everyday runs into a real competition.

Instead of running alone, you're placed in a league of 20 runners and given a new head-to-head fixture every week. Beat your opponent's time to earn points, climb the table, and win promotion. Finish near the bottom and you risk relegation. It's football-style promotion and relegation — for runners.

HOW IT WORKS

• Connect Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or Garmin. Your real-world runs count automatically.
• Choose your distance: 2.5K, 5K, 7.5K, 10K, 15K, or Half Marathon.
• Run anywhere, anytime during the fixture week.
• Beat your weekly opponent to bank points and rise up the table.

CLIMB 100 TIERS Every country and distance has 100 league levels, from your local league all the way up to continental championships and the global World League. There's always a higher tier to chase.

A LEAGUE FOR EVERYONE Separate Men's, Women's, and an inclusive Other division mean you compete on a level playing field. A Combined view lets you see how you stack up across them all.
