Nanny Hours : Nannix

You and your childminder never quite agree on the hours for the month. Every time you settle up, it's the same memory game, the same scroll through old texts, the same little tension over "did you leave at 6 or 6:15?"

Nannix fixes that with two taps a day.

CLOCK IN, ONE TAP • A big "Arrival" button when you drop the child off. • A tap on "Departure" when you pick them up. • Three seconds, one hand, child on your other arm. • Forgot to clock the departure? Add or fix any session afterward. The app forgives forgotten taps.

TOTALS AND RECAP • Regular and extra hours added up automatically, by day, week and month. • Calculated against your contracted weekly threshold. • Absences in one tap: mark public holidays and sick days right in the recap. • Multiple children and multiple employers: manage several kids or several families without switching apps. • Monthly recap exportable as PDF or CSV, shared in one tap through the iOS share sheet. The same reference document for you and your nanny.

NO ACCOUNT, FREE FOR DAILY USE • Your hours and lists stay on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no login. • No ads, no forced account, no imposed cloud. • Free for 1 child and 1 export. Optional Premium subscription for multiple children and unlimited exports.

Nannix does not calculate pay, payroll taxes or contributions, and does not replace your payroll provider. It is deliberately an hours tracker, and that is exactly why it is reliable and risk-free. You export your hours, then declare them elsewhere with the right numbers.

Whether you are the parent-employer or the childminder, Nannix gives you both the same clear, dated document. No more arguments over memory.

Download free. No account required, your hours belong to you.
