The idea is pretty simple: each day is a square. Everything you do goes in as a dot - a run, a coffee, a chapter, a movie, a good cry. Tap, add a dot, move on.

After a while, your calendar starts to tell you things you might not have noticed otherwise. You read more than you thought. Tuesdays are weirdly productive. You go for runs more often than you remember. Your days start to have a shape.
