Built on a serverless architecture, it utilises isolated database environments for each registered property, ensuring strict data segregation, tenant privacy, and operational security across a global public user base.

Decentralised Access Management: A self-serve onboarding flow allows public users to independently register new properties (generating unique cryptographic building codes) or join existing communities as tenants or co-managers via secure passcodes.

Targeted Intelligent Notification Engine: Integrates a highly specific push notification routing system. Users maintain granular control over their experience via personalised notification toggles (Direct Messages vs. Global Chat). Backend cloud functions dynamically route payloads to specific device tokens (FCM) based on real-time user preferences, building IDs, and role-based permissions.

Asynchronous Communication Hub: * Manager Inbox: A secure, one-to-one ticketing system where management can oversee, track, and respond to individual tenant inquiries from a unified dashboard.

Global Community Chat: A real-time, building-wide chat environment for decentralised tenant communication, featuring auto-scrolling interfaces and timestamped messaging.

Broadcast Announcements: A top-down megaphone feature for management to instantly alert all tenants, complete with an acknowledgment counter for compliance and operational tracking.

Data Lifecycle & Compliance: Engineered for App Store compliance, the platform features a complete, user-initiated account deletion protocol that cascades through the database to permanently erase orphaned user data, authentication records, and associated message metadata.
