Announcements Notices from your building manager arrive as a push notification and live in one feed, instead of getting lost in a group chat or taped to a lift door. Photos included. Tap to acknowledge so management knows it reached you.

Message your building manager A private one to one thread with management. Ask about a repair, a parcel, a noise complaint. The conversation is visible only to you and the manager you are speaking with, and you can send photos.

Community chat A building wide chat for the people who actually live there. Selling a couch, looking for a dog walker, asking whether anyone else has lost hot water.

Laundry See which washers and dryers are free before you carry a basket downstairs. Tap a machine when you start a load, get a reminder when your cycle finishes, and if you are waiting on a machine that has already finished, ask whoever is using it to come and collect.

FOR BUILDING MANAGERS

Set your building up in a couple of minutes and share the code with residents. Staff join using a separate passcode, so having the building code does not let someone post as management.

Broadcast an announcement to everyone at once and see who has acknowledged it. Handle resident enquiries from one inbox, where anything unread sits at the top and stays pinned there until you have replied. Add your laundry machines, name them the way they are labelled downstairs, and order them to match the room.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

Every building is walled off from every other one. You see only your own building's messages, announcements and neighbours.

Direct messages stay private to the two people in them. No other manager or resident can read them.

Report or block anyone, and delete your own messages at any time. Managers can moderate their own conversations and the community chat.

Choose what you are notified about, separately for direct messages and community chat.

Delete your account from inside the app whenever you want. It removes your data properly rather than hiding it.
