Run a campaign, react to breaking news, and win Election Day.
Every week is a decision. Every decision moves the map.
ElectionCraft puts you in the war room of a political campaign in the fictional
nation of Atlantica. You choose the candidate and the fight. Then you spend every
week of the race deciding where the money goes, whose door gets knocked, and what
to do when the story breaks at the worst possible time.
Polls move. The media cycle turns. And your opponent runs a playbook that isn't
the same one twice.
THE WAR ROOM
Three tabs, one campaign. MAP shows the electoral hex map and your projected
path to victory. HQ is your week at a glance — momentum, toss-ups, the race that
decides everything. INTEL is the dossier on your rival.
WHAT A WEEK LOOKS LIKE
You get limited action points, a war chest that runs down, and energy that runs
out. Buy TV time, hold rallies, knock doors, prep for the debate, chase donors,
or bank opposition research. Then end the week and watch the numbers move.
Nothing is a free win. Hammer the same province with ads and saturation sets in —
the fourth spot lands softer than the first. And the week's news cycle decides
what actually works: a media frenzy rewards the airwaves, a ground-game weekend
rewards the volunteers.
KNOW YOUR OPPONENT
Every rival campaign runs one of four playbooks. The Attack Dog goes negative and
sometimes it backfires. The Ground Game grinds out extra moves every week. The
Money Machine buys the airwaves. The Wildcard is exactly what it sounds like.
Bank enough opposition research and your Intel tab reveals where they'll strike
next week — turning your last dollars into a real plan instead of a guess.
CAREER MODE
Start at city hall and climb. Mayor, Governor, Senator, President — and then the
hardest race of all, defending the record in a re-election. Every win builds
prestige, and prestige becomes name recognition: a bigger war chest and goodwill
across the map in the next race. Lose, and the career survives. You run again.
SCENARIOS
Four handcrafted campaigns that bend the rules against you:
- The Underdog — 40% of the money, four points down everywhere
- Against the Machine — the networks won't sell you airtime
- Grassroots Revolt — no funding, but volunteers who move mountains
- Trial by Fire — 50 provinces, 48 weeks, a scandal every single week
WEEKLY CHALLENGE
One race, the same for every player, every week. Same candidate, same map, same
opponent. Play it, then share your result and see who managed the country better.
ELECTION NIGHT
Provinces call one at a time. Key races flip live. Take a tied electoral college
to the Assembly of Provinces, where delegations decide the presidency. And if you
lose by a whisker, you can demand a recount — some races really do come down to a
handful of ballots.
Afterwards, see the whole arc: your polling over the campaign, your grade, and if
you lost, the exact provinces you should have flipped.
