This helps keep your latest address, nearest intersection, coordinates, compass heading, GPS signal status, estimated accuracy, and last updated time available on iPhone, Apple Watch, watch complications, Dynamic Island, and Live Activity.

Continuous background location may increase battery usage. Background location is used only to display your current location information to you.

APPLE WATCH AND LIVE ACTIVITY Location? is designed for quick access from Apple Watch, watch complications, Dynamic Island, and Live Activity.

The goal is to keep key location details glanceable without requiring unnecessary interaction during a shift or time-sensitive situation.
