Start by adding your own protocol details. Today then shows what is scheduled, with a clear choice to confirm, skip, or log an entry late. Every confirmed entry can be undone from Today.

USER-INPUT CONCENTRATION CONVERSION

Enter your own vial strength, liquid volume, dose, and syringe scale. Protodose shows the resulting volume and syringe units from those inputs. It does not recommend a concentration or dose.

SUPPLY THAT MATCHES REAL LIFE

Keep separate vial, pen, or other supply lots with preparation/open and expiry dates, batch/source notes, and remaining amount. Choose a supply when you confirm an entry; only then is its amount reduced.

A PRIVATE ROUTINE RECORD

• Daily, specific-day, every-X-day, and cycle schedules
• Saved site history with a suggested next saved site
• Calendar-ready dose history with confirm, skip, late, and undo actions
• Optional self-reported weight, energy, sleep, and symptom observations
