Lowake Follow

When a nighttime low won't wake someone you care for, open Lowake Follow and set off a full-volume alarm on their iPhone — through the speaker, past Silent and Focus.

Lowake Follow is the companion app for caregivers in the Lowake system. When someone you care for sleeps through a dangerous low, Follow lets you set off a full-volume alarm on their iPhone from your own.

THE PROBLEM When a continuous glucose monitor flags an urgent low at 3 a.m., the alert usually plays through whatever headphones are in — at a volume that doesn't wake anyone. Calls and push notifications suffer the same fate. If you're the parent, partner, or friend who's awake, you've had no way to cut through. Now you do.

HOW IT WORKS • The sleeper installs Lowake, sets it up, and shares a private wake link with you. • You open that link once to add them as a contact in Follow. • When it matters, you tap their name, confirm, and Follow sends the wake signal. • Within seconds, a full-screen alarm sounds on their iPhone at full volume — through the built-in speaker, even with AirPods in, and past Silent, Focus, and Do Not Disturb.

WHAT YOU SEE • A simple list of the people you can wake. • Whether each person's phone has recently checked in. • Live status while a wake is in flight: sending, the alarm is set, the alarm sounded.

SIMPLE AND PRIVATE • No account, no password, no ads, no tracking. • Follow has no access to anyone's glucose data, location, or contacts. • The only thing it shares is the name you choose, so the sleeper knows who woke them.
