Vigil Guard is your street, watched over. A free safety membership for Australian neighbourhoods: a panic alert that reaches your people in seconds, a live national crime map with named government and police sources, a watched walk home, and a neighbourhood Lookout that stays calm and factual.

PANIC, YOUR WAY

• Hold the panic button, shake your phone, use Siri, or long-press the app icon. Vigil calls and texts up to four emergency contacts at once with your live location.
• Your alert lives on your lock screen: "2 of 4 contacts reached".
• Vigil never dials 000 for you. In danger, always call 000.

WALK ME HOME

• Set your ETA and walk. A countdown sits on your lock screen and Dynamic Island.
• Share a live link anyone can open in a browser. No app needed on their end.
• Miss your ETA and your contacts get a text with your last position and a live follow link. If your battery was dying, they are told that too.

A CRIME MAP YOU CAN CHECK

• Real incidents from government crime statistics and police media releases, refreshed hourly, each with its date and named source.
• Colour-coded by offence type, with a safety score that shows its working: top offences, rate per 100,000, and how your area compares to the state.

LOOKOUT, NOT VIGILANTES

• Flag suspicious behaviour, never people. Flags are moderated, and a lone flag alerts nobody. Corroboration from neighbours is what raises the alarm.
• Close your own flag with what happened next. Neighbours who backed you get told.

AND THE REST

• Fake call to ring yourself out of an uncomfortable moment. A loud siren. A daily morning brief. Ask Vigil, a safety assistant grounded in your actual street. Lost & Found with photos. Reports that queue offline and send themselves.
