Write notes in a fast plain-text editor with markdown, code blocks, and [[wiki links]] between them. Import the PDFs you actually work from — lecture slides, problem sets, sheet music — and annotate them with Apple Pencil. Everything files into the same folders, so one folder holds a course's notes and its readings together.
