OqoDesk is a multi-tenant workforce management platform for restaurants, hospitality teams, retail stores, and service businesses.

OqoDesk is not restricted to a single company or a predefined list of organizations. Any business can become an OqoDesk customer, receive its own secure company workspace, and invite owners, managers, and employees.

An account is required because each organization’s schedules, tasks, chats, locations, and staff information are securely isolated within its own workspace.

OqoDesk replaces scattered workplace chats and spreadsheets with one structured platform for managing daily operations across one or multiple locations.

FOR MANAGERS AND OWNERS:

– Create and manage employee schedules and shifts – Assign shifts to employees and track their responses – Create tasks, checklists, and deadlines – Assign tasks to one or multiple employees – Request photo verification for completed work – Review task completion and workplace activity – Manage company locations and staff – Communicate through private and group chats – Receive notifications about tasks, shifts, and messages

FOR EMPLOYEES:

– View assigned shifts and respond to shift invitations – See tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities in one place – Complete tasks and submit work for review – Attach photos and files to tasks and conversations – Communicate with managers and teammates – Receive notifications about schedule changes, assignments, and messages

OqoDesk is designed for restaurants, cafes, coffee chains, retail stores, fitness clubs, service companies, and other businesses with location-based or shift-based teams.

Individual employees and managers do not make payments inside the app. OqoDesk does not sell digital content or subscriptions through the iOS application.
