HOW ESCROW WORKS

When a buyer pays for an order, the funds are held by TradeLink instead of being sent directly to the seller. Payment is released only after the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after the seller marks the order as delivered and the escrow release period has passed.

If a dispute is opened, the funds remain in escrow while the case is reviewed.

SAFE AND TRANSPARENT

TradeLink uses Paystack for payment processing. We do not store your full card details. Sellers can verify their business identity through KYC, and platform fees are shown clearly before transactions are completed.
