Instead of simply turning off an alarm and falling back asleep, Rise encourages you to actively begin your day. When an alarm rings, read a motivational quote aloud, and Rise verifies your response before the challenge is complete.

If voice recognition is unavailable or repeated attempts fail, Rise automatically switches to the Wake Sequence challenge to help keep you engaged and awake.

For the best experience, keep your device’s media volume turned on. Wake Sequence challenge sounds are played through your device’s media volume after the initial alarm.

After the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
