HOW IT WORKS

Browse and apply. See live referrals in every state where you hold an approved license: buyers, sellers, relocations, and more, posted by licensed agents. When you find a fit, apply with a short note. The poster sees your profile, your markets, and your reviews.

Post a referral. A client moving out of your market, a seller outside your wheelhouse, extra buyer leads: describe the referral, set your referral fee, and put it in front of licensed agents working that market.

Talk it through. Every application opens a conversation. Ask questions, agree on the fee, and decide whether to work together.

Make the match. When the poster picks an agent, the conversation becomes a deal room. Both profiles, listing terms, messages, contact email, and outcome stay together. Agents still use the referral agreement and brokerage process their situation requires.

Close and review. When the deal ends, both sides review each other. Reputation here is earned from real closed referrals, not purchased placement.
