Have you ever tried catching a fly by walking upside down on the ceiling? Our frog has and, strangely enough, it works better than it sounds.

Belly Hop is a platformer puzzle game built entirely around a one simple idea. At any time, you may invert the pull of gravity. What was the floor is now the ceiling, what was the ceiling is now the floor, and you are no longer struggling to figure out that "impossible" jump, you're struggling with that same jump going in the opposite direction. (Sometimes there's a solution you haven't found.)

=HOW IT WORKS= Hop, jump, and flip. When you have spikes directly beneath you and they're about to impale you? Flip. There's a gap you just can't cross? Flip. There are some flies hovering way out of jumping range? You already know what to do. Every level in Belly Hop, is designed so there is a correct answer for every obstacle, and that answer almost always has something to do with re-evaluating how you're looking at the world, even literally from an upside down perspective.

=WHAT TO EXPECT= Dozens of levels that start off easy and become decidedly difficult. These aren't generated levels and are painstakingly crafted so you rarely feel like you're getting filler. Every level introduces some new trap, new layout, new ways to completely break a well thought-out path right at the last second to "land" it anyway. The controls are as basic as they can be; hop and flip. Beyond that, all the skill is in how you maneuver and play.

=WHO IS THIS FOR= Anyone who enjoys a puzzle game with enough brainpower to give them a challenge without getting bogged down with story, lore, or complicated controls. The frog is cute, the music is vibe, the flies are not very smart, and you'll feel like a genius when you solve the latest level one moment, only to be stumped in your very next run at another part of the very same level. Works offline. Just some flies, a frog and physics trying its best.
