Service teams run the multi-stage job card from vehicle inward through QC to final invoice and delivery — with stage-by-stage assignee gating so the right person handles each step. LPG retrofitters get a dedicated 4-stage fitment workflow with photo capture, parts issue tracking, GST-compliant billing, and serial-number tracking for regulators and cylinders synced from Zoho Books. Field staff (sales reps, service technicians) share live GPS so managers can see real-time team positions and visit history.
