Track symptoms & patterns
If you've been told it's hormones.
Or your weight. Or your age. Or stress.
If your tests came back "normal" — but your body says otherwise.
If you've left appointments feeling misunderstood, wondering why no one is putting the pieces together…
You are not alone. And you are not making it up.
Your body knows. SIS helps you trust that.
SIS stands for more than one thing.
Sisters in Solidarity.
Seen. Informed. Supported.
And quietly, it stands for sister — the one who believes you, the one who's been there too.
SIS is a calm, private space to record what's been happening — over time.
Symptoms. Appointments. Medications. Procedures and devices. What you've been told.
Whether you're living with endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, perimenopause, chronic pain — or something no one has put a name to yet.
When everything is spread across months and conversations, patterns get missed. SIS brings those patterns back into view.
WHAT SIS DOES
- Tracks symptoms, appointments, medications, procedures and devices
- Captures anything the moment it happens with the Whenever Log — no daily pressure
- Stores important documents and letters
- Surfaces patterns across your experience over time
- Builds a clear, structured summary to take to your doctor — as a PDF, by email, or copied
- Connects you to support organisations, advocacy groups and communities
WANT A HAND?
Big Sis, an optional premium companion, can help you understand medical terms, prepare for appointments and reflect on your journey. Before anything is sent, she shows you exactly what would be shared — and you decide.
WHAT SIS DOES NOT DO
- No medical advice
- No suggested diagnoses
- It does not replace your doctor
- It does not share your data — your record stays on your device. The one optional exception is Big Sis: only the details you approve are sent, with personal identifiers removed, and never stored.
WHY SIS EXISTS
SIS was built from lived experience. From years of being told nothing was wrong — while something clearly was. From appointments where pieces were missed, and stories retold again and again.
SIS exists so the next woman doesn't have to start from zero. Because the burden of being believed should not fall on the person who is unwell.
"This is not just a tracker. It's a record of being heard — even when no one was listening."
