V Houses is your daily companion for keeping vows and deepening meditation — practiced together, as a community.

Built for students in the tradition of the Asian Classics Institute and the teachings of Geshe Michael Roach, V Houses keeps your commitments present throughout the day and connects you to the teachers and friends who practice alongside you.

KEEP YOUR DAILY VOWS Follow a path that fits your practice: Freedom, Bodhisattva, or Diamond Way vows. Receive six vows each day on a gentle rotating schedule, with timed reminders from morning to night so nothing slips by. A "now" vow on your home dashboard always shows what to hold in this moment.

REFLECT & UNDERSTAND Open any vow to journal what went well and where you fell short. Tap AI Reflection for a clear explanation and concrete, real-life examples of each vow — so the teaching becomes practical, not abstract. Your reflections are saved privately and build a record of your practice over time.

MEDITATE — ALONE OR TOGETHER A clean meditation timer with a choice of bells (handbell, singing bowl, small bowl, duduk). Log every sit and watch your total time, days, and streak grow. Track your progress through the classic nine stages of meditation, with a contextual tip for wherever you are on the path. See who in your sangha is Sitting Now and join them in real time.

PRACTICE IN COMMUNITY A worldwide sangha: browse members, follow practitioners and teachers, and see your community on a live map. Sort and find people by name, country, or who's newest. Teachers: link to your teacher and get a gentle nudge when they begin a sit, so you can sit with them.

FOLLOW GESHE MICHAEL ROACH Supporters of the 30/30/30 Campaign can see when Geshe Michael Roach is meditating live and join his sits. Optional reminders before his next scheduled sit. An iOS home-screen widget that shows your current vow at a glance.
