LOCK SCREEN COUNTDOWN A Live Activity shows your countdown right on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. No more "what day was I supposed to take it?" One glance answers it.

SITE ROTATION HEATMAP Tap a site to log a dose. The map shows which sites you've used in the last week (red), the last three weeks (amber), or are clear to use (green). The next-suggested site is pre-highlighted, picked by a simple algorithm that prefers the oldest-used or never-used site, furthest from your most recent.

MULTIPLE SCHEDULES Track a weekly shot AND daily insulin AND a monthly biologic — all separately, each with its own countdown, its own site rotation, its own reminder.

SIDE EFFECTS & WEIGHT Log nausea, fatigue, headaches, or any custom symptom in a few taps. Track weight with a clean line chart that marks dose-change events as reference lines, so you can see when you changed and how your body responded.
