Derah POS

Derah POS is a point-of-sale app for restaurants and cafés, built for tablets in landscape. It keeps working offline and syncs automatically when the connection returns, so service never stops during a rush.

WORKS OFFLINE Take orders, print receipts, and run shifts without an internet connection. Every order, tender, and shift syncs automatically once you're back online.

ORDERS & MENU • Dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru order types • Menu with item modifiers and per-item availability (86 an item in seconds) • Line-level and order-level discounts, with manager approval for sensitive actions • Hold and recall orders — parked tickets survive an app restart

FLOOR & TABLES • Organize tables into floor sections • Track table status as you seat, order, and bill

CUSTOMERS & LOYALTY • Attach a customer to an order • Apply loyalty rewards at checkout

CASH CONTROL • Open and close shifts per cashier • Cash drawer sessions, cash drops, paid-ins, payouts, and no-sale • End-of-shift till counts and summaries

REPORTS • Sales overview, item sales, and modifier sales • Till-close and tills summaries

RECEIPTS & PRINTING • Print to Epson receipt printers over your local Wi-Fi • Automatic cash-drawer kick • Arabic item names and text render correctly on receipts

PAYMENTS Derah POS records the tender type — Cash or Card/KNET. Card payments are taken on your existing certified payment terminals; the app does not process card payments itself.

Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Account setup and management are handled from the Derah web dashboard.
