Sign in with Google or email and keep your data synced across supported devices.

For clinicians and coaches, NexDoz can support shared review workflows where users choose to connect with a care team.

A free NexDoz account lets you create your profile and sign in. The patient and clinician features described above are part of NexDoz Plus and require a paid, auto-renewable subscription to use on mobile. Download is free; access to these features is not.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage the subscription or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
