InterMed is an on-device medication tracker that actively monitors your prescriptions for drug interactions as well as allowing you the flexibility of logging medication taken and take note of progress and symptoms.

Most trackers only remind you when to take your pills. InterMed automatically cross-references your active medication list against a bundled database of over 24,000 documented drug pairs. It will flag major, moderate, and minor contraindications, providing the clinical mechanisms and informational notes you need to have informed discussions with your pharmacist, doctor or prescriber.
