"Elevate Boutique is a premium lakeside Lagree studio located in Thalwil, Switzerland, offering high-intensity, low-impact full-body workouts in a refined and community-driven environment.

Our signature classes are based exclusively on the Lagree Method and performed on state-of-the-art Mega Pro machines. Through slow, controlled and intentional movements, Lagree combines strength, endurance, balance and core stability into one highly effective workout designed to challenge every major muscle group while remaining gentle on the joints. Every movement is performed with precision and focus, keeping muscles under continuous tension to build long, lean muscle definition, improve posture and increase endurance.

Founded by Charmay Rapaglia, Elevate Boutique was created with the vision of bringing a highly specialized boutique fitness concept to the Zurich lakeside region — combining effective training, intentional movement and an elevated studio experience. Inspired by the energy of Zurich’s boutique fitness scene and the calm atmosphere of the lake, Elevate Boutique offers a premium training experience outside the busy city center.

The studio is uniquely located directly by the lake and offers a full lake view, creating a calm yet energizing atmosphere unlike any other fitness concept in the region. With large windows, natural light and a premium boutique aesthetic, the space was designed to feel elevated, motivating and welcoming from the moment clients walk through the door. The studio is also extremely accessible, with plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the studio and public transportation reachable within just a few walking minutes.
