Identify a plant, pin it where it grows, print a label, and get care reminders. GardenPin is the record of your real garden, not just the pots on the windowsill.

IDENTIFY ANY PLANT Point the camera at a leaf, flower, or whole plant and get the common name, scientific name, and family. Your phone identifies first and asks PlantNet only when it isn't sure, so many results are instant and need no connection. Every result shows whether the sources agree, with a breakdown per source. Free users get 5 identifications a week; unlimited with Premium.

SCAN THE NURSERY TAG (Premium) Photograph the care card that came with the plant. GardenPin reads it entirely on your iPhone and fills in light, water, hardiness, spacing, and mature size, front and back. Nothing leaves the device. Manual entry stays free.

MAP YOUR GARDEN (Premium) Drop each plant on a GPS map of your beds, borders, and containers. See what is planted where, tap a pin for its history, and keep several gardens, grouped however you like. Browse them as a photo grid, a map snapshot, or a plain list. The map view is a Premium feature; lists, grids, and plant pages are free.

PRINT PLANT LABELS (Premium) Batch-print labels with a QR code for every plant via AirPrint. Scan a label in the garden to open that plant's page.

CARE THAT CITES ITS SOURCE Every care detail says where it came from. Watering, soil, growth rate, and cold hardiness from the USDA PLANTS database for over 500 species; hardiness zones from Wikidata; houseplant care from PlantSolve; and, for plants none of those cover, sentences quoted from the plant's Wikipedia article with a link to read more. Native, invasive, and noxious status by region is stored on your phone. Care details from a scanned tag always come first, labelled as the grower's own instructions. Nothing is generated, and no cloud AI service is involved.

CARE REMINDERS & HEALTH Watering, feeding, and seasonal reminders per plant, with notes and photos to track how each one is doing.

SHARE, SYNC, AND BACK UP Share a garden with someone nearby over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, no account needed. iCloud keeps your gardens on every device. Export to CSV or back up everything as JSON (Premium); restoring from a backup is always free.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & LEGAL GardenPin Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

If you decide to add the 3-day trial back in App Store Connect, the paywall picks it up automatically. Then, and only then, change the first WHAT PREMIUM ADDS line to "Unlimited identifications, with a 3-day free trial on subscriptions" and add "each with a 3-day free trial" back into the legal block.
