The Safe Road Concern Platform (RSC-DOR) bridges this gap by empowering citizens to report road safety issues in real-time via a mobile application, while enabling authorities to manage and resolve reports through a web-based administration system - incorporating geolocation, multimedia capture, and status tracking for full transparency and accountability.
