Spartan Client Portal is the companion app for Spartan Double Glazing customers in Australia. From the moment you accept your quote until your 10-year warranty is active, this app keeps your entire window and door installation project in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Review your custom-designed window and door frames • Sign off your final designs digitally, or raise a query if anything needs adjusting • Schedule your installation date with one tap • Pay each milestone invoice by bank transfer with the details prefilled • Message your sales rep, project coordinator, and install crew • Track your installation team on the day • Raise warranty or service requests with attached photos • Rate your installers once the job is complete

WHO IT'S FOR This app is for existing Spartan Double Glazing customers. Your account is set up automatically when you sign your contract with us — you'll receive an invitation by email. If you haven't engaged Spartan for an installation yet, please visit spaartan.tech or call 1300 912 161.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Enter your email address
2. We send a 6-digit code to your email — type it to sign in
3. Your project appears immediately, with every stage laid out from quote to warranty
4. Move through each stage at your own pace; we'll notify you when something needs your attention

PROJECT IN ONE PLACE • Quote: review the details and pay your 5 percent deposit to lock in the project • Site survey: we arrange the on-site measure-up; you'll see the booking here • Final designs: review each window and door, sign off when you're happy • Schedule: pick your installation date from our recommended slots • Pre-installation: clear your balance ahead of fitting day • Install day: get live updates from your crew • Aftercare: rate the team, raise service requests, view your warranty status

PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Sign-in is by email and a one-time 6-digit code, or a customer PIN — no shared passwords • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest • We never sell your information • Full privacy policy: spaartan.tech/privacy

PAYMENTS Payment is by Australian bank transfer (EFT) for the physical window and door installation. The app shows our BSB and account number with your invoice reference prefilled — transfer from your own bank app, then mark the payment as sent.
