Time Blind Timer has been genuinely helpful for staying in sync with my tasks and keeping the day from getting away from me. With ADHD, I can easily underestimate how much time has passed or get absorbed in something longer than I intended. Having a clear, visual sense of time makes it much easier to stay aware of where I am and transition to the next task. It’s simple, intuitive, and addresses time blindness in a way that regular timers never really have for me. I feel more organized, more on schedule, and less likely to suddenly realize an hour disappeared. Definitely worth trying if ADHD and time blindness make managing your day difficult.
