HOW BREAKTIME WORKS

Once every day, at a random time nobody can predict, every member of your crew gets the same notification at the exact same moment: "Breaktime."

For the next ten minutes, you're together. Text, send a voice note, drop a photo or a video, or start a one-tap group call. You drop in as you are — at the gym, at your desk, on the school run, on a Sunday hangover. No filter, no scheduling, no performance.

Then the ten minutes are up and the window closes. There's no feed to scroll back into and no red dots begging you back. Tomorrow opens at a different random time.

Why ten minutes? Researchers found a call as short as eight minutes is enough to make someone feel measurably less alone — and that friendships stay alive through small, regular contact, not grand gestures. Brotherhood gives you ten. Eight for the rule, two for the nonsense.

It isn't trying to grow your audience or maximise your time in the app — ten minutes a day is the entire point, and Brotherhood is meant to disappear once the window is up. The wrong people in the room ruin the room, so there are no big rooms. Just your people, daily.

PRIVACY

No strangers, no discovery, no public feed. Brotherhood is invite-only, built for a handful of real friends — your messages, photos and voice notes are shared only inside your crew, with no one else. Delete your account any time from the profile tab.
