Appropriate use criteria for Echocardiography - a free public reference for clinicians, trainees, and anyone requesting echocardiograms

Appropriate use criteria for Echocardiography in the settings of primary care, outpatient secondary care and inpatient secondary care. Indications derived from professional bodies (BSE, BHVS, EACVI, ASE) and expert consensus. Also available as a web app at https://echoindications.org.

Features include a searchable list which can be filtered by context, and provides recommendations for appropriate use in all 3 settings as well as a recommendation on urgency. The app also includes a clinical decision support tool that uses a decision tree to navigate to a specific indication with appropriate use criteria/urgency recommendations.
