QuiVend is a sales and inventory tracker made for people working the table: artist alley sellers, craft fair makers, market vendors, convention vendors, pop-up shops, merch sellers, and small creative businesses.

SET UP BEFORE THE SHOW

Nobody wants to type a full product catalog into a phone the night before a convention.

With QuiVend, you can build your inventory on your computer using the QuiVend Inventory Builder, then import it into the app. Add products, prices, quantities, categories, SKUs, and photos with a proper keyboard before booth day starts.

You can also import inventory through spreadsheet files, so setting up a bigger catalog is less painful.

TRACK WHAT ACTUALLY SOLD

QuiVend helps you see what left your table.

Track individual product sales, saved bundles, and custom checkout bundles. When items sell, your inventory updates so you can keep a clearer picture of what is still in stock.

For events, the Inventory Tracker helps show which products sold during that event, including items sold inside bundles.

DID I ACTUALLY MAKE MONEY?

QuiVend gives you profit estimates from the numbers you enter, including product costs, selling prices, sales, and event expenses. You can view event reports, best-selling products, sales by day, order history, and expense totals.

IMPORTANT NOTES

QuiVend does not process payments. You can record sales paid through cash, card readers, bank transfers, QR payments, PayPal, Venmo, or other external methods, but the payment itself happens outside the app.
