Anca: Turn Focus into Stars

Focus often happens quietly, with no one else there to see it.

Anca helps you step away from distractions and enter a clearly defined period of focus. As completed sessions accumulate, they gradually light up your Focus Star Map, turning previously invisible effort into a personal path you can revisit.

Focus is more than time logged. It is a record of the moments when you reclaimed your attention and chose to stay with what mattered.

TWO FOCUS MODES

• Deep Space Focus Apply broad restrictions to supported apps and categories when you need space for uninterrupted work.

• Focus Mode Choose the apps, categories, or websites you want to restrict and create focus boundaries that work for you.

App restrictions use Apple’s Screen Time features and require permission.

START DIRECTLY OR USE AN ANCHOR

You can begin a focus session without an NFC tag.

For a more physical ritual, turn any compatible writable NFC tag into your personal Anchor. Start a scan from the Dashboard and hold your iPhone near the Anchor to begin. When you are ready to finish, scan the same Anchor again.

The Anchor adds intention to the start and end of a session, but it is entirely optional.

A CLEAR, QUIET FOCUS EXPERIENCE

• Choose a focus target from 25 to 180 minutes • See your timer, target progress, and restriction status • Continue focusing after reaching your target, or finish when you are ready • Restore an active session when you reopen the app • Use a guarded recovery option if your Anchor is lost or unreadable

Anca does not promise to create flow for you. It reduces avoidable distractions and helps you make space for focused work.

YOUR FOCUS STAR MAP

Completed focus sessions gradually illuminate constellations and shape a Focus Star Map that belongs only to you.

In History, you can explore:

• Daily and weekly focus activity • Monthly focus records • Completed, attempted, and invalidated sessions • Total focus time and completion progress • Constellations illuminated by your actual records

There are no leaderboards, public competition, or streak pressure. Taking a break does not erase your progress. Every completed session remains part of your path.

GENTLE FOCUS REMINDERS

You can enable an optional daily reminder that quietly invites you back to focus. Reminders can be turned off at any time in Settings.

LOCAL-FIRST

Anca does not require an account or depend on a cloud service. Your focus history, Anchor information, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
