Multiple buttons, multiple destinations Create color-coded buttons for different Notion pages and databases. A blue button for work tasks. A green one for ideas. An orange one for your shopping list. Each button sends to a different place — all from one screen.

Flexible write methods Choose how your voice memo is delivered. Append blocks to an existing page, add a new row to a database, or create a sub-page. For sub-pages and database rows, choose whether to write to the title, the body, or both.

Quick actions from the home screen Long-press any button to open it directly in Notion or jump to its settings. Edit buttons and manage your setup without leaving the main screen.

Home screen widgets Add OneTap widgets to your home screen in small, medium, or large sizes. Choose how many buttons to display, then tap a widget button to jump straight into recording — no need to open the app first.

Browse your Notion workspace The destination picker shows your pages and databases in a familiar tree view, just like Notion's sidebar. Find the right destination quickly, even in large workspaces.

Real-time transcription See your words appear as you speak. Powered by on-device speech recognition for fast, private transcription. Your voice data never leaves your device.

Edit before you send Not happy with the transcription? Tap the text to pause recording, fix any words, then send. Or restart and record again — without leaving the screen.

Type when you can't speak Set a button to text-input mode and type your memo directly, skipping voice recording — perfect for quiet rooms or notes that need to be exact.

Your recent memos at a glance Swipe up to see your recent sends. Failed? Tap to retry. Every memo shows its destination, time, and status. Clear your history anytime from Settings.

Full Version The free trial includes 3 sends per day with 10-second recording. Upgrade to the Full Version for unlimited daily sends and 60-second recording per memo.

Privacy first

• Voice recognition runs entirely on-device
• No ads, no tracking
• Your Notion token is stored securely in the iOS Keychain
• We never access your Notion content beyond what you explicitly authorize

Please note

• This app is designed for personal use.
• Only one Notion workspace can be connected at a time.
• A Notion account and internet connection are required to send memos. If Notion's service is unavailable, sending will fail (memos are saved locally for retry).
• If a Notion page you created doesn't appear in the destination list, try reloading. If it still doesn't show, disconnect and reconnect Notion in Settings, making sure to check the pages you need.
• Speech recognition accuracy depends on your device, language, and environment. Supported languages follow Apple's on-device speech recognition availability.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
