Citypedia is your travel and city guide for finding the best places to eat, drink, shop and explore — without tracking your every move. Looking for a nearby restaurant, a great bar or a perfect cup of coffee? Citypedia helps you find it.

To make it easier to pick the best places and avoid the really bad ones all places like restaurants, supermarkets, art galleries, tourist attractions etc. can have a rating score from 0 to 10. Beside an overall rating score things like beer selection, toilet facilities, noise level, coziness etc. can also be rated.

To overcome the problem of too few and sometimes fake reviews Citypedia also includes ratings from other popular apps like Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp and Foursquare — currently available in selected areas only. Where a place has ratings from more than one app, an average rating is also calculated, along with a link to the rating in each app.

Privacy We don’t store your location history and we don’t track your whereabouts. This also means that we don’t drain your battery.

Discover what is nearby or search by category With more than 450 categories you can virtually search for anything - cafés, bars, restaurants, playgrounds, shops, toilets, ATMs, cinema, museums, street, city etc.

Advanced search filters You can customize your searches to places having e.g. Wi-Fi, outdoor seating, big screen and a specific noise and price levels. You can also sort the list of places by ratings like coffee quality, beer selection etc.

Advanced rating system See or rate things like beer, cocktail, wine, breakfast, dinner selection, best prices, cleanliness, coffee quality, comfort, coziness, ease of getting a seat, hip / trendy, popularity, quietness, seat quality etc. Plus good for dancing, dates, groups, kids, live music, meetings, playing games, singles, watching sport, working etc.

My places Create lists of your favorite places.

Place info Place info may include name, address, noise and price level, website, instagram, Facebook, phone, email, opening hours, wikipedia and more.
