How it works.

The teen does a 30-second check-in. Mood, a few tags, a private note. Only they see what they wrote.

When they want their parent to know something without finding the words, they send a signal: "had a rough week", "need quiet space", "want to talk later". The parent receives the signal and a small piece of guidance written by therapists, not the contents of the check-in.

Parents can send a one-a-day reach-out: a pre-written caring note. No free text. No way to start a fight at 11pm.

What you don't get.

No tracking. No screen-time reports. No location. No mood graphs that turn a teenager into a dashboard.

Privacy architecture.

Mood scores, tags, and notes stay on the teen's side of the wall. Parents see that a check-in happened and the signals the teen chose to share. That's the whole product.

The app is free to use with core features. Family plan optional subscription unlocks premium signals, atmosphere themes, unlimited reach-outs, sibling presence, and priority support.
