A SIMPLE TODAY VIEW Your medications orbit around Capsule, our friendly mascot, in a circular today view that tells the whole story at a glance: what you've already taken, what's coming next, and what's still ahead. Tap any pill to see the schedule, your adherence, and the people you're sharing it with. Glance at the day strip up top to flip through the week and revisit any day.

ADD MEDS IN SECONDS Voice add. Just say "Vitamin D at 8 every morning" — Capsule parses the name, dose, time, and weekday pattern for you. Manual add. Type the name, dose, times, and the days of the week each medication runs. Flexible schedules. Once a day, twice a day, only on weekdays — set it however your doctor wrote it.

REMINDERS THAT WORK WITH YOU Local notifications at every scheduled time, on every weekday you've configured. A "Took it" action right on the notification, so you can log without unlocking. Missed-dose detection. If you skip a slot, Capsule quietly notes it and lets your circle know — gently. Per-medication toggles so a discreet med stays discreet.

Your friends can cheer your milestones the same way they react to anything else. See exactly who cheered, when, right in your streak detail view.

YOU'RE IN CONTROL Privacy isn't a setting — it's the default.

Per-medication privacy. Choose exactly who in your circle can see each medication. Hide the ones that aren't anyone else's business; toggle them back on whenever you want. Notification preferences. Turn medication reminders or circle activity on or off without leaving the app. Phone sign-in. No passwords, no email signup, no third-party social login. Just your phone number, verified with a code. Delete your account, your data, anytime. Right from the Profile tab — no emails, no waiting periods.

JUMP BACK IN TIME The day strip on Home lets you flip through this week's activity day by day. In the Circle feed, tap any day to scroll straight to the events from that day. Quiet days fall back to the closest day with activity, so you always land on something. Tap a circle member to see their 7-day take vs miss tally and recent events.

PRIVACY MATTERS Capsule Health is built on a privacy-first foundation with light-touch data collection. Your medication list, your history, and your circle relationships stay in your account. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties. We don't build profiles on you.
