ShiroWalk reads your steps from Apple Health (read-only — it never writes to Apple Health, and your step data is never uploaded). Most castles require roughly 70,000–300,000 steps to complete, depending on the castle. Your first castle is shortened to about 50,000 — around a week at 7,000 steps a day.
